You’ve heard it said, “Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others.”

Really?  How about a Constitutional Representative Republic?  Ever heard of that?

The truth is that democracy is not in any way superior to monarchy or oligarchy or bureaucracy. It is equally evil with these others. The only form of government which is not equally evil with all others is a constitutional representative republic founded on a basic principle that the prime political good is liberty and the only moral function of government is to prevent a man from imposing his will on his neighbor.
